2008 Clear Fork Country Big Buck Contest/ Contest Rules

Deer Contest Divisions:
1. Archery
2. General
3. Ladies
4. Youth
5. Each division will also contain the following two subdivisions:
a. Widest Spread
b. Most Points

Hog Contest Divisions:
1. Largest Feral Hog

Contest Entry:

All hunters are automatically entered into the Big Buck Contest when they have their deer processed by Clear Fork Country. To enter the contest you MUST have your deer processed at Clear Fork Country. There are NO FEES to enter the contest. The contest is open only to free-range animals.

Measurements:

1. Widest spread measurement is taken from outside to outside of the main beam.
2. Points must measure at least 1” in length to be counted as a point.

Youth Hunter:

1. A youth hunter is any hunter sixteen years of age or younger.

Tie – In the Event of:

In case of a tie, the tie breakers will be:
1. Length of the main beam
2. The total mass measured at the base of the main beam

Prizes:

1. We will award a new rifle to the person whose deer has the Widest Spread and Most Points combination.
2. Prizes for all other categories will be announced at a later date.
